High Season  ( May to September  $2450(ex. tax and fees) per week ......Saturday to Saturday

Low  Season  ( October to April)  $1675 (ex. taxes and fees) per week Saturday to Saturday

Weekends during low and off season $650 (ex.taxes and fees) based on availability
